R.T.E.	1- उत्तर प्रदेश में जो जो बच्चे गरीब और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर और पिछड़े है अगर प्राइवेट स्कूल में पढ़ना चाहते है तो सरकार द्वारा बच्चे के लिए फ्री एडमिशन शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा शिक्षा का अधिकार (RTE) अधिनियम के अनुसार पुरे उत्तर प्रदेश में 68 प्राइवेट (निजी) स्कूलो में फ्री एडमिशन ऑनलाइन आवेदन जो पहला राउंड 02 फ़रवरी 2026 से प्रारंभ हो गया है| 2- RTE नियमो के अनुसार विद्यालय में उनके आवंटन सीट के 25% सीट उन गरीब और आर्थिक रूप से वंचित बच्चो के लिए आरक्षित रखना जरुरी होता है| इस 25% सीटो पर उन गरीब बच्चो को बिना किसी प्रकार के शुल्क (फीस) दिए बिना नामांकन (एडमिशन) स्कूल में देना होता है | जिससे वह गरीब आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर बच्चा शिक्षा से वंचित न रह जाये| 3- उत्तर प्रदेश में RTE के तहत जिन बच्चो का वरिवार का सालाना (वार्षिक) आय कम है, अथवा सामाजिक रूप से वंचित पिछड़े है ऐसे वर्ग के लोगो के बच्चो के लिए इस RTE योजना के अनुसार लाभ मिलाता है| इस योजना के अनुसार जिन बच्चो का प्राइवेट स्कूल में एडमिशन हो जाता है तो उसका पूरा खर्च सरकार उठती (वहन) करती है | और बच्चो को स्कूल किताब के लिए कुछ स्कालरशिप भी देती है | जिससे उनके माता पिता को आर्थिक दबाव ज्यादा नहीं पड़ता है |

Residence Proof	Documents like Residence Certificate, Ration Card, Job Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, Passport, Electricity Bill, Water Bill issued at Tehsil level.
Weaker Section (EWS)	The applicant should have an income certificate (annual) issued by the tehsil or a card issued for those living below the poverty line (Antyodaya).
